Personal Approach
I have extensive experience of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and my interest in people is what keeps me focused and committed to my work. I see the relationship with clients as a partnership where the emotional well-being of each client is what we reach for together. I look for ways that will effect change for the particular individual, keeping in mind their unique history and experience of the world. I am particularly interested in the growing evidence for linking the benefits psychotherapy has to offer with discoveries in neuroscience, particularly the evidence confirming the long-term gains of psychotherapy.
